Members 1st has always been a place where members come first. Today, Members 1st is proud to serve 10 counties – Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Northampton, Perry and York, with nearly 60 branch locations and a robust digital banking platform.

Over the past 73 years, the credit union has perfected its in-person experience for members. As the digital space continues to evolve, so does our commitment to delivering an unparalleled digital experience to our members. Members can manage their finances anytime, anywhere, through the credit union’s 24/7 digital banking platform, which includes online banking and a mobile app.

Members can also benefit from our innovative MyConcierge™ service, which provides a personal, local and dedicated point of contact to help them achieve their financial goals. Whether members visit one of the branches, access the app or website or talk to one of our associates on the phone, they will receive the same level of personalized member service.

Corporate social responsibility and community involvement are of paramount importance to Members 1st. In the very fabric of Members 1st’s principles are cornerstone values supporting community engagement and diversity. Members 1st believes in its moral obligation to support the community, not just by sponsoring nonprofit organizations financially, but also by actively participating, being present and providing support.

Members 1st launched the Members 1st Charitable Foundation in 2021 to enhance our credit union’s community support. The foundation’s mission is to strengthen and financially support local, grassroots organizations in South Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Since its inception, the foundation has invested $331,000 back into the communities we serve.
